If you’ve not shopped online before it’s easy and secure. Just find the first product you want (see below for more details), choose the quantity and click “Add to Basket”. This doesn’t mean you have to buy the product; it just keeps it in your basket while you are looking around the store, just like in the supermarket. Do the same with as many products as you wish. Your running total (including standard carriage in the UK) is shown at the top right of the screen. You can check what’s in your basket at any time by clicking the “View Basket” button in the same place.

When you’ve finished shopping check your basket by clicking "View Basket" at the top right of your screen. When you're happy with everything you've bought click "Proceed to checkout" at the bottom of the basket. You will now be transferred to the secure part of our site to tell us your address and payment details.

If you haven’t registered yet you will need to do so here. This just means that we remember your name and address so that next time you shop with us you don’t need to enter it again. For security reasons payment card details are not retained and will need to be re-entered every time you shop with us. Enter your email address and a password you can easily remember, don’t worry if you forget it though, we can email you a reminder. You can choose whether or not to be on our e-mailing list or if you want to receive catalogues from us through the post. Whatever you choose we promise not to pass on any of your details to anyone else.
